Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders placed and paid before 5pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day from UK distributor stock; orders after 5pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are despatched the next working day.

Carriage is charged at what the carrier charges us, by the weight of your basket: £7.20 under 5 kg, £9.90 from 5 kg to 20 kg, and £14.34 over 20 kg, all including VAT. Delivery is the next working day after despatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as the parcel is collected.

If an item shows as in stock but becomes unavailable before despatch we will tell you the same day, with a firm date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Please check parcels on arrival. If the packaging is damaged, note it with the courier and tell us within 48 hours so we can raise it with them; this does not affect your rights, which are set out in our returns policy.
